If however your state requires an official copy with a signiture or if you need this bill of sale NOTARIZED as stated by your DMV as stated in our terms of agreement these requests are very rare and are not included in the price as we have to visit our legal office across town and pay a service to complete a documented and legal NOTARY PUBLIC. If you are requesting this service because your state or town requires it that is fine.
