If a customer is requesting faster delivery via priority mail we will ship the Title / MCO / MSO via Fedex express delivery. REPLACEMENT TITLE NEEDED? if you are an exsisting customer of CMS and have lost or misplaced your title / mso / mco and need a replacement you can request a copy here. due to legality purposes CMS cannot simply send copies over and over again. if you rightfully need a replacement title we will be happy to assist you however as you know the document we send our customers is an actual quality title and does cost money to produce. Please note all customers can access thier bill of sale via thier email recipt that was originally sent to them upon the time of purchase. The documents included for free under your account generally will work 99% of the time for registration of the merchandise along with the TITLE/ MSO / MCO we send to you.  If for some reason you did not receive the email with your Bill of Sale you can still receive it FREE by logging into your account and printing your order details as that should be enough. If however your state requires an official copy with a signiture or if you need this bill of sale NOTARIZED as stated by your DMV as stated in our terms of agreement these requests are very rare and are not included in the price as we have to visit our legal office across town and pay a service to complete a documented and legal NOTARY PUBLIC. If you are requesting this service because your state or town requires it that is fine.
