All riders under 16 should ride with adult supervision. All riders should take a safety course. Atvs, dirt bikes, go karts, scooters and mopeds can be hazardous to operate. For your safety, always wear a helmet, eye protection and protective clothing. Never engage in stunt or extreme riding. Riding and alcohol/drugs don't mix. Avoid excessive speeds. Be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Remember, Atv, dirt bike, go kart, scooter and moped riding is more fun when you play by the rules.
For safety precautions, all vehicles must be assembled, inspected and maintained by a certified technician for warranty to be valid. Be sure to check and tighten all nuts and bolts prior to use. Also, be sure to check for appropriate engine fluid levels to ensure your vehicle is operating under the recommended conditions prior to use.

I bought my Interceptor in June and have ridden it almost every day since then, except when the rodes are icy. The folks at Countyimports.com were excellent to work with and the scooter was in my garage less than one week after the order was placed. I put the mirrors on, filled and charged the battery, and was off and running in no time. I haven't had a single problem with the scooter since I bought it and refer everyone that comments on it to ScootersFactory.com and EVERYONE comments on it. This 150cc scooter cost less than my old 50cc Yamaha scooter but gets the same gas mileage and is a lot more fun! The Denver airport is about 60 miles from my home and I even rode my Interceptor to the airport for a short out-of-town trip this summer. I can't begin to tell you how much fun I had on that trip! You absolutely can't go wrong with this scooter or with countyimports.com!

Please remember that by purchasing a moped online, you are responsible for performing the setup that a dealer would normally perform - such as checking the tires, hooking up the battery, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Although we do provide some very good information and assembly manuals; occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as adjusting the carburetor idle and mixture screws, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed. Since you are skipping a dealer and saving over half the price of a usual retail customer, you will need to perform the final assembly (as stated above). This will take generally 15-20 minutes to perform. While we will gladly assist you with any technical questions, we will cannot refund or exchange your unit if you cannot perform these basic functions or refuse to let a shop do it for you.
