Please keep in mind during the from the moment of application to receipt or your purchase can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. The quicker you complete your contract the better delivery time you will have.  This is non-negotiable and is due to identity verification and loan processing. 

FINANCE DETAILS (how it works) - This application is based On Approved Credit (OAC). This means not everyone that applies will be approved as this system is based off the individuals credit score and the interest rate will depend on the customers credit score. If the customer is approved the contract will be emailed to the email address provided and must be completed and original signed docs must be mailed back with 2 copies of legal non-expired picture identification ( driver license, SS Card, Credit/Debit Card and must be returned via certified signature delivery mail to the return address provided on the application. Once the application is reviewed to be completed correctly the contract will be submitted to HSBC and CMS will wait for funding. Just because the contract has been received back with HSBC the merchandise cannot ship until it has been funded. Please note CMS LLC is NOT the finance company and the customer must be patient while this process is completed to ensure protection for customers secure identity. General time from start to finish is about 2-3 weeks. CMS can only ship merchandise out once funding has been provided for finance.

THIS IS A LEGAL APPLICATION FOR CONSUMER CREDIT - This is a legal application for credit, and should be taken very seriously. CMS and its associates are are here to provide motorsports for exchange for payment. This means if you apply for credit and understand and agree to the contract and sign the contract it becomes a legal binding contract. You cannot cancel your order once you send it back completed. Becuase of the high cost of shipping items across the USA this is very important to understand this. CMS LLC is expected to perform to customer standards and deliver as promised and expects the same in return.  Once documents are signed you will be expected to carry out the terms of your finance contract. Once you sign your contract and return your finance documents to HSBC you cannot cancel this contract. You can only buy out the contract at face value.  If you cancel the order after the contract has been received by HSBC your product will still ship and it will be waiting at your local terminal for delivery. This is non-negotiable. Please read the legal terms of agreement under your contract you sign and return to HSBC. If you do not make payment on your loan this will be reflected on your credit score and is your responsibility. Please take this seriously. CMS is a very friendly company and will do anything we can to ensure your satisfied but again this is a loan based on your credit score and must be taken seriously.
